In crisis? Reach a real person now
Twelvana is a supportive companion, not an emergency service. If you’re in crisis or may be in danger, contact your local emergency services, or in the U.S.:
- 988 — Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text, 24/7)
- 1-800-662-4357 — SAMHSA National Helpline (free, confidential, 24/7)

Questions, or trouble with the app? Email hello@squatchfootmedia.com. If something isn’t working, include your device model and OS version so we can help faster.
Getting started
- Set your sober date to start your day count and milestones.
- Open the app each day for a gentle check-in.
- The Guide (the Talk tab) is there for hard moments — it’s not a therapist, sponsor, or doctor, and it will point you toward real help when it matters.
